Some Issues Need Addressing

I found some aspects frustrating. The breakfast buffet did not have all items available right at its 7:00 AM opening time. This was not ideal as I had an early checkout. a request for ice through room service took an unreasonably long time. I think the hotel needs to look at those operational areas.

the breakfast had a wide range of food including fresh omelettes and crepes and the staff were attentive.
i was upset by being charged for milk. i needed it to make english tea in my room. i used only a small amount of the milk, but i was still charged.

The pool area was spacious. I easily found a spot. Breakfast offered MANY choices. The fresh juices were a highlight. The "Contemporary Beautiful Room Balcony Pool View" was clean. The location allowed for convenient access to local attractions.

the spa was inaccessible unless i booked a massage or paid extra. taxis outside seemed organized to charge more. i didn't like that i wasn't contacted back about this. this all left a tourist trap feeling, i believe.
